The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
As a little girl my father would take my sister, brother and I on leisurely drives from mid-Long Island out to the very tip. A few towns from the very end is East Hampton and passes this lovely spot appropriately named Town Pond.
I remember East Hampton for its serene beauty. It is a quiet town and the drive to it was along the old Montauk Highway, which runs all the way to the end of Long Island.
The pond seems a dreamy setting to me. It has changed little since my visits many years ago with my father, who was sensible enough and sentimental enough to make it part of my own fondest memories.
Founded in 1648, the Village of East Hampton was one of America's earliest English settlements. Today, the Village of East Hampton still provides a rich record of the architecture and agricultural way of life in early America. Originally I painted under my maiden name and signed Clements for many years to my work. I married several years ago and my married name is Barber.
