The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.

Down the shore in New Jersey. A summer vacation. My husband and I took a walk on the beach in beautiful Lavallette and saw this fisherman, who was fishing for striped bass. He was completely caught up in his peaceful pastime. Sound of the surf and the gulls all around.

Originally I painted under my maiden name and signed Clements for many years to my work. I married several years ago and my married name is Barber. However I sign as Clements to honor my father and mother who loved my art and encouraged me to paint. Both encouraged me in art every step of the way. I am originally from Long Island. Long Island.. I now live in Arizona and love the landscape out here as well. Natural beauty is everywhere. The earth is lovely.
