This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

When I was a young girl I would take walks in the woods behind my house on Long Island. I loved to the Fiddlehead ferns beginning as new shoots in the woods behind my house. I find the woods with the ferns magical. I painted them so I can still see them forever. Nature is beautiful.
About Barbara Barber
Originally I painted under my maiden name and signed Clements for many years to my work. I married several years ago and my married name is Barber. However I sign as Clements to honor my father and mother who loved my art and encouraged me to paint. Both encouraged me in art every step of the way. I am originally from Long Island. Long Island.. I now live in Arizona and love the landscape out here as well. Natural beauty is everywhere. The earth is lovely. I am a member of The International Guild of Realism and show in 9theGallery in Phoenix Az.
