Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Love the iPhone case. Takes me back to Greece every time I look at it. I have received many compliments
My grandparents coming from Europe ate a breakfast of toast, coffee and soft boiled eggs in an eggcup. I never can get this in a restaurant, it is my favorite breakfast. So as a tribute to my Scottish grandfather especially, I painted this scene.
Originally I painted under my maiden name and signed Clements for many years to my work. I married several years ago and my married name is Barber. However I sign as Clements to honor my father and mother who loved my art and encouraged me to paint. Both encouraged me in art every step of the way. I am originally from Long Island. Long Island.. I now live in Arizona and love the landscape out here as well. Natural beauty is everywhere. The earth is lovely. I am a member of The International Guild of Realism and show in 9theGallery in Phoenix Az.

I am revisiting this beauty, Barbara. I, too, remember poached eggs in egg cups..there is very little “elegance” to be found outside of ones’s skill at recreating memories. Luckily, I, too, still have the ability to do that. Love the Pattern!

Thank you for the compliments :) The name of the China is Minton Rose. You actually can find pieces on Ebay. 1800s stuff. I love it too. English.

Oh you have captured the translucency of the Fine China so beautifully...I am so loving your portfolio! What is the pattern!...it is similar to the Dresden I have but the inside detail ...ohhh! Spectacular. I remember shopping the tea shoppes of Bermuda...Herend and Royal Crown Derby!...all that elegance is part of a lost world... I agree, restaurant serves with that standard of elegance Anymore.

Thank you :) The pattern is Minton Rose and it is available on ebay, people sell it by the piece :)
